Having designed residential and commercial projects and performed structural and foundation engineering in the local area, we have recently begun providing a construction element to our firm by offering a turnkey approach to the delivery of projects. Adding construction management as a consultant to owners allows us to have a synergistic approach to design and construction.
By providing comprehensive design and construction services from start to finish, fees and costs can be kept down, with accurate budgeting from early on in the process, as well as a faster track to completion and inherent understanding and flexibility of the intent of the design allows for less threat of expensive change orders.
It’s this project delivery method that has manifested itself in Design Build Consultants. With several successful commercial projects completed recently in Eagle Dental, Wisteria Salon and Solomon Freight Lines and hundreds of other projects that we have cooperated with, including, Texarkana Therapy Center and Digital Effects .
